- Scheduling – we recommend scheduling treatment at a time when you have no important events soon after, in case minor redness or small marks temporarily appear.
- Medication & Supplements* being aware that certain medications and supplements, such as aspirin, ibuprofen, and others that may thin the blood, can increase the risk of bruising.
- Avoid vitamin E or fish oil supplements for a few days prior to your treatment.
- Vaccinations – please do not have any type of injectables two weeks before or 3 weeks after a Covid vaccination / or any type of vaccination.

Aftercare

- Avoid touching or rubbing the treated areas immediately after treatment
